Account credentials

You must keep your username, password and security credentials confidential. Deposits

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet held in your own name.
• Third-party payments, borrowed payment instruments and disputed transfers are prohibited.
• A deposit does not earn interest and must not be used as a banking or money-transfer facility.
• Processing may be delayed by provider maintenance, security review or incomplete payment references.

Withdrawals

A withdrawal request is subject to available balance, completed verification, payment ownership checks and any outstanding wagering conditions. Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions

You must review and accept the applicable conditions before claiming a Bonus. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn directly unless all stated requirements have been completed. Casino Gameplay Rules

Game results are determined under the rules displayed for the relevant product. You are responsible for checking the paytable, stake value, volatility information, return-to-player reference and feature rules before placing a Wager. A displayed RTP is a theoretical long-term percentage and does not predict the result of an individual session.

Once accepted by the system, a valid Wager cannot normally be cancelled or amended. If a Game is interrupted, the supplier's records and completion rules will determine whether the Wager is resumed, settled or returned. In the event of an obvious pricing, display or technical error, dewislot may correct the affected transaction and restore the Account to the position that would have applied without the error.

Records held by dewislot and the relevant Game supplier will be treated as the primary evidence of Game activity, subject to any clear and demonstrable error. Users should report a disputed transaction promptly and provide the Game title, date, approximate time, stake and transaction reference where available.

Sports Betting Terms

Sports markets may cover EPL football, Liga Super Malaysia, international competitions, UFC, basketball and other events. Market availability and odds may change before a bet is accepted. A bet is valid only when it appears as confirmed in the user's Account history.

Bets are settled according to the market description and the official result recognised by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Later appeals, disqualifications or administrative changes will not normally alter a settled market unless the applicable market rule states otherwise.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted or moved to a different venue, the product-specific rules will determine whether bets remain valid or are voided. Obvious odds errors may be settled at the correct odds that were generally available when the bet was placed.

Live data and score information are provided for convenience and may be delayed. You must not rely exclusively on a displayed score, timer or statistic when deciding whether to place an in-play Wager.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use dewislot to engage in or attempt any of the following:

• fraud, identity misuse, money laundering or the use of unlawfully obtained funds;
• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation or coordination designed to create an unfair advantage;
• use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools or software that interferes with normal platform operation;
• exploitation of a technical fault, incorrect odds, payment error or obvious Game malfunction;
• creation, control or funding of multiple Accounts;
• harassment, threats or abusive conduct towards support staff, dealers or other users;
• attempted access to another person's Account or any restricted system;
• circumvention of age controls, geographic controls, self-exclusion or responsible gambling limits.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in investigation, temporary restriction, cancellation of affected transactions and Account closure. dewislot may retain records and cooperate with payment providers or competent authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request closure of your dewislot Account at any time. Before closure, valid remaining cash funds may be returned after verification, resolution of pending bets and deduction of any properly disclosed charge or amount owed. Account closure does not automatically cancel a valid self-exclusion period.

dewislot may suspend or close an Account where there is reasonable concern about age eligibility, inaccurate registration details, unauthorised access, payment disputes, Bonus abuse, prohibited conduct or a breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, the user will be informed of the reason and asked to provide information within a reasonable period.

Accounts that remain inactive may be subject to the inactivity process described in the applicable account notice. Any inactivity fee must be communicated before it is charged and will not be applied to an Account with no real-money balance.

Intellectual Property

The dewislot name, website design, written material, software interface, databases and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Game titles, supplier assets and payment brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

dewislot grants you a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to access the platform for lawful entertainment. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse-engineer, scrape or commercially exploit any protected material without prior written permission.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Governing Terms and Dispute Review
